In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Today Was a Good Day.”
Now and then, I join up with some of the Meet-Up groups that specialize in photography. This particular event was not only a chance to get some great photos in downtown Chicago, but the tour also was loaded with historical facts. This very interesting photo walk took us to 3 current train stations in Chicago, and two stations that have been converted to other uses. Along this walking tour, of course we photographed the high-rises and the Chicago River, too.
There were either very dark underground stations, or very bright and washed-out locations to shoot that day. Both were challenging to get exposure right, and a lot of fun.
